Practices that could be adapted for indoor hockey, Part 1 of 3
The following practices are drawn for outdoor but can easily be adapted for indoor and will enforce some important indoor hockey principles in to your players.
  1. Players should try and score via one of there team mates
  2. Play low to the ground
  3. Play fast
  4. Learn to play in confined spaces
  5. Keep possession
  6. Score from the mistakes of the opposition
