How do you teach a girl to dunk. She is 5'6. Is this?

I don't believe this is possible.

Why, is it because of her height or because she is a girl?

Please explaine why.

prob because of her height...however, before you look at trying to teaching her to dunk the ball, you might want to us plyometric training to help her increase the height of her jump. Also, as far as i am aware there has never bean a female under 6 foot that has dunked in a basketball game. Also it is prob more important to look at at more fundamentals as obviously a dunk is only worth the same amount of points in a game as a jump shot or lay-up
